Springdale, an experimental arm of Framingham's Jack's Abby Brewing, has launched its second beer in a special series it's doing in collaborations with restaurants.

The latest beer, a sour with ginger and local rhubarb, aged on mixed cultures in oak wine barrels, will be available exclusively on draft at Springdale's Barrel Room and at Craigie on Main, a restaurant in Cambridge, Springdale announced this week. Springdale is located at 102 Clinton St., next door to the Jack's Abby brewery.

Springdale was founded in 2016 and has grown quickly this year.

The brewery announced in January it would begin distribution statewide, and in March said it would distribute in the Philadelphia area. It also sells in New York.

As for collaborations, Springdale announced a partnership with a Louisville brewery to make a clear IPA, and it recently released Geography Bee, a barrel-aged saison made with honey in collaboration with Nectar Creek Meadery in Oregon.
