A 147-year-old downtown Westborough building has sold for nearly $1.3 million, land records show.
The 10,000-square-foot, four-story building at 22-28 West Main St., sold to Senusa Group Inc, a Wellesley-based corporation.
The mixed-use residential and commercial property, which also offers apartments on the top floors, was formerly the home to David Wheatcroft Antiques, but it's unclear when that business closed. The property was sold by David Wheatcroft and a land trust to Senusa Group on Tuesday.
According to state business records, Senusa Group intends to operate a restaurant and bar at the property.
A property listing had the building valued at $1.4 million. According to the listing, the building was completely renovated in 2003, including utilities, a new elevator, windows, a new roof and a sprinkler system.
