A Millbury solar firm says it has installed a solar panel system on a U.S. Marine Corps sergeant’s house after it was rebuilt following a fire.

Sgt. Joshua Bouchard, a disabled Purple Heart Recipient living in Gransby, Mass. was essentially given a free 9.3-kilowatt system, Solar Wolf Energy said in a Tuesday press release.

According to the Daily Hampshire Gazette, Bouchard’s home, built by Homes for Troops in 2013, caught fire in December 2016. The rebuild was finished last month.

Solar Wolf said it furnished other resources and materials at no cost for the solar system, including thirty 310-watt solar panels, labor and other expenses.

"We're thrilled to have taken part in this show of support for a local veteran," said Solar Wolf Energy Chairman and CEO Ted Strzelecki. "It's our way of saying thanks to everyone in the United States military for all you do, day in and day out. For all the sacrifices, we truly can't thank you enough."
