Waters Corp. of Milford has elected two new members of its board of directors: LINDA BADDOUR, a former chief financial officer of PRA Health Sciences Inc., and GARY HENDRICKSON, a former chairman, president and CEO of Valspar Corp. Baddour was the executive vice president at PRA Health Sciences and was previously the CFO at Pharmaceutical Product Development Inc. Hendrickson is currently chairman of the board at CPG International and an independent director of Polaris Industries.

Bay Path Practical Nursing Academy in Charlton has hired two new faculty members. LINDSAY GUERTIN, a registered nurse from Spencer, joins Bay Path as a full-time faculty member from the Overlook Masonic Health Center, where she taught at the Quaboag Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center. Guertin has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Sacred Heart University in Connecticut. AMY GRNIET, a registered nurse from Oxford, joins Pay Path from Oxford Public Schools, where she was a health educator. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Fitchburg State University and master's degree in nursing from Worcester State University.

Complete Payroll Solutions, a human resource, benefits and payroll service provider, has hired two workers at its Auburn office. AMY AVEDIAN is a new business solutions consultant responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with clients. Avedian, a graduate of Western New England University, was previously a business banking officer with Citizens Bank. JONATHAN BENOIT is a new senior implementation analyst responsible for product development, platform demonstrations, implementation and technical training for clients. He is a graduate of Quinsigamond Community College and previously worked as director of payroll, benefits, retirement and accounts receivable at Nichols College in Dudley.

TARA THURSTON has joined Reliant Medical Group's pediatrics department. Thurston received her medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Maine and completed her residency at University of Massachusetts Children's Medical Center in Worcester. She is welcoming new patients at the new Westborough office at 900 Union St.

Bethany Hill Place, a nonprofit residential care facility in Framingham, has three new members of its board of trustees: MAUREEN CROCKER, CATHERINE CLIFFORD and KEVIN WEBBER. Crocker is a Framingham resident and owner of Crocker Design, a branding and web design firm. Clifford is a sister and assistant president of the Sisters of St. Joseph, a Boston religious care group. She has degrees from Regis College, UMass Boston and Northeastern University and has worked as a guidance counselor, teacher and principal for 30 years. Webber, of Holliston, is a wealth manager at Heritage Financial Services and a member of the board of directors at the Rotary Club of Framingham.

The Reliant Foundation has appointed two new members to its board of trustees: JOSHUA GREENBERG of Saint Vincent Medical Group, and MARIA PAUL of Robert Half Management Resources. Greenberg is a cardiologist for Saint Vincent in Worcester and the founder of Postures for Life, Inc., which is dedicated to providing yoga classes to underserved populations and people facing illness. Paul is an assistant vice president at Robert Half and is a mother driven to give back to the medical community after successful treatment of a serious medical issue with her son. The foundation was created by Reliant Medical Group, but the two are no longer affiliated.

FELICIA RIFFELMACHER has joined the university development and alumni relations team at Framingham State University as director of development, where she is responsible for philanthropic support and corporate engagement. Riffelmacher was at Clark University in corporate and foundation relations. She received her bachelor's degree from Becker College and her MBA from Suffolk University.
