DEVON A. KINNARD has joined Worcester law firm Seder & Chandler LLP as a partner. Kinnard was previously a partner in the banking and credit and business law practice groups at a Boston law firm. At Seder & Chandler, he serves as serves as outside general or special counsel to a number of closely held businesses, credit unions and banks, in connection with internal corporate, compliance and governance-related matters. Kinnard earned his bachelor's degree from Clark University before earning his MBA and law degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.

MIKE SOFER has joined the management team at Kuebix of Maynard as vice president of business development. In his new role, Sofer helps Kuebix, a creator of transportation management systems, with the growth of its cloud-based platform. Before joining Kuebix, Sofer was the executive vice president of business development and sales for Medical Search Technologies, where he helped grow adoption of artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies.

BRIAN BOND has joined UMass Memorial Medical Group at Milford as an obstetrics and gynecology physician. Bond earned his medical and pharmacy degrees from the West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. He is an assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Tufts University School of Medicine. UMass Memorial Medical Group at Milford is a partnership between UMass Memorial Medical Center and Milford Regional Medical Center.

ANDREA PION is the new executive chair of the Marlborough Economic Development Corp. Pion, the vice president of national client programs at Marlborough's The Davis Cos., was elected unanimously to the post by the MEDC executive committee. Pion has served on the MEDC board since 2016 and takes over as executive chair from Richard Tomanek, the general manager of Embassy Suites Marlborough, who will remain on the board of directors.

JESSICA MURPHY has been named the new president of the board for Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester. Murphy, a civil litigation attorney at the Westborough offices of law firm Mirick O'Connell, has been a member of Habitat for Humanity's board since 2014 and volunteers for its Build Days.

JOAN STEWART is the new director of creative programming and community engagement at Mechanics Hall in Worcester. Stewart first joined Mechanics Hall in 2008 and has served in various roles, including box office manager, sales manager, and marketing and development program manager. In her new position, Stewart is responsible for programming attracting a wide and diverse demographic.

GIORGIO NAPOLI has joined Milford Regional Medical Center's medical staff and will see patients at Hopedale Cardiovascular Associates in Upton. Napoli earned his medical degree from the State University of New York in Brooklyn in 2012. He completed his internal medicine residency at Brown University and a fellowship in cardiology at the UMass Memorial Medical Center.

DANIEL N. SAUL and ELIZABETH WETHERBEE KLEIN are new board of directors members at the New England Center for Children in Southborough. Saul is a private investor with technology companies and formerly the CEO and founder of Smarter Travel Media, which was acquired in 2007 by TripAdvisor. He was previously a management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. Klein, a marketing consultant and mother of three, has chaired the host committee for the center's Children of Promise Gala for the past two years. She spent 16 years leading marketing teams in the investment industry, most recently as senior vice president of Informa Financial Intelligence in Boston.

MELISSA LINDBERG and HOLLY HAINES have been named new executives for the MLS Property Information Network in Shrewsbury. Lindberg, of Dudley, has been named the company's chief strategy and marketing officer. She was formerly the company's director of marketing, communication and outreach. Lindberg has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Becker College in Worcester. Haines, of Rutland, is MLS PIN's chief operating officer. She was formerly the director of operations and human resources. Haines has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Becker College and an MBA in management from Assumption College in Worcester.

MEGHAN LIDDY is the new senior vice president for capital markets at Worcester real estate firm Kelleher & Sadowsky. Liddy, of Holden, joins Kelleher & Sadowsky from Middlesex Savings Bank, where she was the senior vice president for investment real estate. She has worked at Fidelity Bank, Banknorth, and Eastern Bank. Liddy has been a board member for Habitat for Humanity Metrowest/Greater Worcester and the Corridor 9 Chamber of Commerce.

ELIZABETH MINEVICH has joined Southboro Medical Group, a division of Reliant Medical Group, in the department of adult medicine. Minevich completed her medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine and her residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. She is welcoming new patients at 24 Newton St. in Southborough.

KATHLEEN DEAL is the new events and programs manager for the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce. Deal joins the chamber from the marketing department of Wachusett Mountain Ski Area. In her new position, Deal is responsible for planning and executing events, including the Good Morning North Central breakfast program, Community Leadership Institute, Legislative and Candidates Reception, Congressional Luncheon and Economic Forecast Breakfast.
