An office building that's the former home of Boston Power on West Park Drive in Westborough has sold for $5.2 million.

The sale of 2200 W. Park Drive, which closed Oct. 31, puts the four-story brick building in the same hands as other buildings in the Westborough Office Park, under the ownership of Westborough's Carruth Capital.

An entity connected to PNC Financial Services of Pittsburgh sold the four-story brick building.

The sale, which closed Oct. 31, comes roughly a year after Carruth Capital bought four other buildings on West Park Drive, which runs off Route 9 next to BJ's Wholesale Club's headquarters. Those buildings, at 1700, 1800, 1900 and 2000 W. Park Drive, closed in September 2017 at a combined price of just over $40 million. Each of those four buildings, which have a combined 384,000 square feet, were sold by Equus Capital Partners of Pennsylvania.

Carruth Capital, which is privately owned, says it owns more than 3.5 million square feet of space in 42 commercial buildings.
