The burger chain Mooyah has opened its third location in Central Massachusetts, at Meadow Walk in Sudbury.

Mooyah opened on Friday, becoming the latest tenant at the former Raytheon site on Route 20, joining anchor Whole Foods Market, Peet's Coffee and Oak Barrel Tavern, an outpost of the eatery first opened on Grove Street in Worcester. Orange Theory Fitness and Paani, an Indian restaurant, are expected to open at Meadow Walk next year.

The retail area of the development includes space for 15 retailers in all.

Meadow Walk includes 250 apartments, a 60-unit senior community and a 48-unit assisted living facility.

The 11-year-old Texas-based Mooyah has restaurants at Northborough Crossing in Northborough and the Shops at Highland Commons in Hudson. The Sudbury location has been opened by the same franchisee as its Boston location, according to the company.

Mooyah is the second restaurant opening on the same MetroWest stretch of Route 20 this month. Giacomo's, an Italian restaurant with two locations in Boston and another in Melrose, opened in Wayland Town Center.
