Former community service director rejoins YOU, Inc.

Worcester behavioral health and education group YOU, Inc. has hired a former director of nearly seven years to rejoin the nonprofit as director of development.
Charisse Murphy, who served as director of the group’s community service program from August 2009 to April 2016, will rejoin the company.
Since leaving in 2016, Murphy worked as a grants and development associate for Worcester nonprofit LUK, Inc. and as founder of EmPOWER ME!, a curriculum program for girls in Central Massachusetts.
The Ayer resident holds a bachelor’s in psychology and criminal justice and a master’s in human service and leadership from Northeastern.
