WooHaha!, the downtown Worcester comedy club whose opening has been delayed several times, is now slated to open Jan. 17.

The 140-seat comedy club, which is part of the Grid District development on the south edge of Worcester Common, was most recently due to open in October. Before that, the Grid District hoped to have the club opened roughly a year ago.

The comedy club will be joined by two restaurants, Revolution Pie + Pint and Craft Table & Bar, with each serving 36 beers on draft. Those will add to the Beer Garden, which opened this summer in the Grid District with a large outdoor terrace replacing the former Paris Cinema.

The restaurants and the club are advertising their opening date as Thursday, Jan. 17. WooHaha! has its first act booked for Jan. 18. Rhode Island comedian Paul Mecurio, who used to be a lawyer, is the first act.

Revolution Pie + Pint has an existing location in Lynn, and Craft Table & Bar opened its first location in East Boston.
