Northborough warehouse sold for $6.5M

This building as 398 Cedar Hill Road has been sold for $6.5 million

A 50,000-square-foot warehouse in Northborough on the Marlborough line has been sold for $6.5 million to a Concord-based real estate investment firm and a South Carolina firm.

According to property records, A4 Cedar Hill LLC, registered to Concord-based Arris Partners LLC, now has a 24-percent stake in the property, while South Carolina entity RCM LLC has a 76-percent stake.

The property was sold by Metro-Park Marlborough Realty Trust, which is registered at 90 Ellsworth St. in Worcester.

According to town records, the building was built in 1985.

The multi-tenant building is currently at least partially occupied by Veolia North America, a provider of energy management solutions
