Hopedale manufacturing facility sold in acquisition with Conn. firm

A Sandy Hook, Conn. clean energy firm has acquired the Hopedale manufacturing operations of North Carolina-based Delta Measurement and Combustion Controls. 

Environmental Energy Services announced its acquisition of the industrial carbon monoxide detector company Tuesday.

According to DMCC, its monitors have primarily been used at electric generating stations.

Delta is based in North Carolina, but its manufacturing operations are in a Airport Road building in Hopedale, according to the company’s website. 

Financial terms of the transaction were not released.
