Two luxury apartment complexes in Southborough and Shrewsbury, built by the same developer between 2010 and 2013, have been sold to a Stoneham property management firm for a combined $77 million.

Per property records at the Worcester County Registry of Deeds, the Madison Place apartments in both towns were sold to business entities controlled by Brickpoint Properties in Stoneham.

The 98-units in seven buildings in Shrewsbury on Route 9 were sold for $24 million, while the 140 apartments in Southborough also along Route 9 were sold for $53 million.

Both sales closed last Friday. The selling entities are registered to Robert Moss of Westborough.

The sales come just months after Moss sold a 176-unit apartment complex in Hudson for $44.2 million to a New York City firm.

Brickpoint Properties controls seven apartment complexes throughout the state, including in Stoneham, Peabody, Burlington, and Boston.

Brickpoint Properties could not immediately be reached for comment.
