DEBORAH DREW of Worcester has joined the board of directors of Boston Pride, an equality nonprofit. Drew is the president and CEO of GovMojo, a management consulting and employee development company focusing on diversity and inclusion. She is the past vice president of Worcester Pride and was appointed by Gov. Charlie Baker in 2016 as a commissioner on the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.

MAPFRE USA, a Webster insurance company, has hired two new senior leadership team members. MICK NOLAND, a former senior vice president of product management at MetLife Auto & Home, has joined MAPFRE as executive vice president and chief technical officer. Noland has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and at MAPFRE oversees product, underwriting and predictive analytics. ANDREA ZEMAITIS, a former vice president of strategic opportunities for small commercial insurance at Liberty Mutual, has joined MAPFRE as senior vice president of business development. As head of MAPFRE USA's business development organization, Zemaitis, who has more than 20 years of experience, leads the marketing and distribution strategy, including client and agency management, business development, channel development and marketing.

SUSAN WRIGHT of Leominster has been appointed president of the North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors. Wright, of EXIT New Options Real Estate in Leominster, has been a member of the association since 2014 and serves on the association's board and its committees, including the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

Oriol Health Care has hired two new workers. CINDY AYRE of North Attleborough is the new director of dining services at Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in Holden. Ayre has worked in health care food service for more than 30 years. JACKIE ROUGEAU of the town of Florida is the new vice president of rehabilitation services for Oriol Therapy Services. She has more than 20 years of experience in the long-term care industry, including founding and serving as president for J. Rougeau Rehab Inc.

YOSSI ALONI has been appointed the new senior vice president and chief commercial officer at SeaChange International. Aloni now leads SeaChange's global sales and marketing and will help the company with its recently launched value-based engagement model. Aloni was most recently the chief of corporate operations at ATEME, a French video infrastructure vendor. He has served in sales, marketing and engineering positions with several major video industry companies.

ANTHONY OSIMO of Uxbridge has been appointed as director of operations for the Taunton division of Quality Beverage. Osimo most recently served as director of operations for the Northeast distribution center of National DCP, a supply chain company for Dunkin' Donuts, in Bellingham. He previously worked in operations management and consulting roles with Imperial Distributors, Tiffany & Co. and GAF Materials Corp. Osimo has a bachelor's degree in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Nichols College.

CHRISTINE ZINKE has been appointed as co-director of integrative care at the Virginia Thurston Healing Garden Cancer Support Center in Harvard. Zinke, a cancer survivor, previously served as the programs director for the Renfrew Center in New Jersey. In her new role, she oversees client intake assessments and guides clients, their families and caregivers, through a range of supportive services designed to address their specific needs before, during, and after treatments. She will facilitate the metastatic support group, post treatment support group, and bereavement support groups.

MARCY SILVA of Winchendon has joined Avidia Bank as the assistant vice president and business banking officer, working with the commercial team to promote deposit and merchant services, as well as commercial loan products. She has worked for TD Bank, Santander, Athol Savings Bank and Clinton Savings Bank, and she is a graduate of Fitchburg State University's accounting and business management program.

ELLEN DORIAN is the new president and chief operating officer at Main Street Bank in Marlborough. In her new role, Dorian oversees retail banking, marketing, deposit operations and information technology. She began her career in marketing for financial institutions in 1987 and joined Main Street Bank in 2001.

SUSAN KESER is the new vice president of network development and management at Fallon Health in Worcester. Keser was the director of provider operations at Health New England in Springfield, and has worked at MassMutual Life Insurance Co. and WellPoint Health Networks. At Fallon, Keser leads efforts to develop and support provider partnerships, including the company's three MassHealth accountable care organizations.

AAFCPAs in Westborough has promoted four to partner: CARMEN GRINKIS, ANDREW HAMMOND, MATTHEW McGINNIS and DAVIDE VILLANI. Grinkis, a wealth advisor, has a doctorate in clinical psychology. Hammond, a wealth advisor, joined AAFCPAs after 17 years of investment experience at Fidelity Investments. McGinnis and Villani both joined the firm after graduating from Assumption College in Worcester. McGinnis is a leader in the firm's community and economic development practice and charter school practice. Villani leads the firm's employee benefit plan audit and consulting practice.
