Plastics manufacturer sells Sturbridge warehouse for $4M

Photo/Google A limited liability corporation tied to the owners of ALSCO Industries have sold the company's Sturbridge facility.

A 65,000 square-foot warehouse on Route 20 in Sturbridge has sold for $4 million.

The building at 174 Charlton Road is home to ALSCO Industries, a plastic injection molding company.

The buyer was G5 Enterprises, a firm registered to a Perry Neddo at 44 River St. in Southbridge. It was sold by a limited liability company registered to the family behind ALSCO, the Riesners.

The sale closed Jan. 25. ALSCO didn't return a call seeking comment.

The 9-acre site, a short distance west of the Walmart-anchored Center at Hobbs Brook shopping plaza, was last assessed by the town at $3.2 million.
