A Westborough entity has purchased two downtown Clinton buildings and a parking lot for a combined $2.5 million.

Property records on file with the Worcester County Registry of Deeds show Westborough entity Bramex LLC purchased 1-7 High St., 11-17 High St. and 19-25 High St. for $1.2 million, $100,000 and $1.2 million, respectively.

The two properties with higher price tags are buildings of 17,000 square feet and 16,128 square feet, while 11-17 High St. is a parking lot separating the two mixed-use buildings.

A Mexican restaurant, a jewelry store and a dry cleaners occupy the ground floor of 1-7 High St. while a Subway restaurant and dentist office occupy space in 19-25 High St.

Both buildings contain apartments on the second and third floors. All three properties were sold by business entities registered to William Roberts of Wellesley. Roberts is also listed as the president of the corporation behind the Flying Bridge Restaurant in Falmouth.

According to town records, 1-7 High St. was last sold in 2005 for $1.15 million. It was last assessed in 2016 for far less than either of the last two sale prices at $828,300.

The other building, 19-25 High St., was last assessed in 2016 for $902,100.
