Framingham mobile video game developer Disruptor Beam has added two executives to help the company as it prepares to launch new games and a new platform for operating live mobile games.

Claire Wadlington will serve as chief financial officer, and Trapper Markelz will serve as chief product officer.

Wadlington comes to the company from the venture capital world, where she was an investment banking manager and startup CFO in software, internet, digital health, edtech and robotics. She has served as the prior chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum.

Markelz brings to the company 20 years of product development. He was CEO of MeYou Health, a Boston wellness technology firm. He has experience in the gaming world with online gaming community and advertising platform GamerDNA and as founder of 360voice, an online community for Xbox gamers.

The company, which has released popular games Game of Thrones Ascent, The Walking Dead: March to War and Star Trek Timelines, has three unannounced titles in development.

The company is planning to launch the Disruptor Engine game development and liveops platform to enable efficient development and monetization for mobile game developers.

In a statement, CEO Jon Radoff said the company has made substantial investments to the firm’s game platform over the last several years, leading to improvements in time-to-market and ability to operate the games at a profit.

“We are now ready to start turning those investments into solutions for others looking for an advantage in launching and operating mobile games,” he said. “Claire and Trapper are extraordinarily qualified executives who can spur even more growth at Disruptor Beam by helping us act upon this opportunity, enabling us to create more games than ever before — both our own titles and those we’ll be creating with our partners.”
