Marlborough Co. Changes Marketing Direction

Marlborough-based Egenera Inc. has named Christine Crandell executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

Before Egenera, Crandell was vice president of marketing for Ariba Inc. Prior to that, Crandell was president of New Business Strategies.

In her new role, Crandell will be responsible for creating and leading a new marketing strategy for Egenera, a data center virtualization company.
