New Verizon Cell Site In Sturbridge

Verizon Wireless has activated a new cell site in Sturbridge, providing better service along I-90 and Route 148 in the area, the company says.

The company said it has spent more than $100 million to build its New England network during the first six months of 2008. All Verizon wireless cell sites in the region now provide broadband service, the company said.
