EMC Wins ‘Best Benefits’ Award

The Waltham-based New England Employee Benefits Council has named EMC Corp. of Hopkinton as a winner of a "Best Benefits Practice" award.

The annual awards recognize "innovation and creativity in the planning and delivery of (company) employee benefits." The awards will be presented at a ceremony in December in Natick.

Winners along with EMC are Boston Properties, Biogen Idec, Yankee Candle, FM Global, Ocean Spray Cranberries, the Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission and Nixon Peabody.

A committee of volunteers selects the winners.
