Sudbury Warehouse Fetches $1.8M

11/25/08

A single-story warehouse building at 25 Union Ave. in Sudbury has been sold for $1.8 million.

According to New Dover Associates Inc., a Framingham commercial real estate broker and leasing agent for the building, the warehouse was sold by Natick-based Chiswick Park LLC to Boston-based Gold Brick Development LLC. Chiswick Park is run by David Zaltas and Gold Brick is run by Steven M. Turner, according to the Secretary of the Commonwealth's office.

The building is 33,504 square feet and is on 5 acres of land just off Route 20. The building can be subdivided and is available for lease, New Dover said.
