Marlborough Firm Wins Israeli Contract

Marlborough computer networking equipment maker 3Com Corp. has won a supply contract with the Israeli government.

The value of the contract was not disclosed. 3Com will supply the Israeli government with equipment to build a more efficient, modern computer network and to support its online initiatives, the company said.

3Com has a direct sales team in Israel and said it was able to undercut the competition's price to win the contract.
