Eight Leases Signed For Space In Acton

In a sign that the commercial real estate market hasn't dried up entirely, a mix of eight technology companies and professional services firms have signed leases for more than 32,200 square feet of space in Nagog Park in Acton, according to brokers on the deal.

The tenants that signed the eight leases are: Altair Engineering; AZ & Associates; Azuki Systems; BAE Systems; CIOView Corp.; Coughlin, Sheff & Associates PC; Global Graphics Software and Intel.

The deals represent a combination of new leases, renewals and expansions. The largest deal was Azuki System's lease expansion for 5,949 square feet. The company now occupies more than 13,000 square feet in 400,000-square-foot park.

Boston-based Richards Barry Joyce & Partners brokered the deal on behalf of KBS Realty Advisors, which owns a portfolio of eight buildings at Nagog Park.
