David A. Murphy, a registered professional engineer in Tighe & Bond Inc.'s Worcester office, has been promoted to associate.
Murphy has more than 20 years experience in senior project management. He has run major design and construction, reconstruction and environmental programs. His resume includes a stint at Catholic Relief Services, where he managed tsunami relief and reconstruction in Banda Aceh, Indonesia.
At Tighe & Bond, Murphy manages projects including solid and hazardous waste management, brownfield redevelopment and construction of water, sewer and stormwater facilities.
Murphy has a civil engineering degree from Northeastern University. He lives in Shapliegh, Maine.
