Worcester, Grafton, Marlborough Sales And Leases Completed

A 4,300-square-foot industrial building at 91 Creeper Hill Rd. in Grafton has been sold for $490,000.

The building, which sits on 1.16 acres was purchased by rubbish removal company Service Plus Disposal of Worcester from DLH Realty Trust and its trustee Michael J. Rizzo.

The transaction was handled by David Brasington, a broker with Worcester commercial real estate firm Glickman Kovago & Co.

Brasington also handled three other recent local lease transactions.

Two leases totaling 2,000-square-feet were signed for newly updated Class B office space at 33-35 Harvard St. in Worcester. Those offices were taken by an adult education firm and local attorney Jim Scola.

Also, a 3,750-square-foot lease was signed by Integrated Children's Therapies Inc. for space at 72 Jefferson St. in Marlborough. Integrated specializes in physical therapy for children. The property at 72 Jefferson St. is owned by Anthony Antico, owner of Antico Landscaping, which is based at the same address.
