Protector Group Promotes Connors

The Worcester-based Protector Group Insurance Agency Inc. has promoted Thomas P. Connors to senior vice president of the employee benefits division.

Connors has worked for the firm since 1991 and helped grow its employee benefits practice to its current size of more than 300 clients.

In his new position, he is responsible for managing health and other benefits for old and new clients. He is also a member of the company's leadership team, developing and implementing business strategies.

Connors is a graduate of Purdue University in Indiana. He lives in Acton with his wife, Lori, and three daughters.
