The Framingham-based Boston Heart Lab has been named the "most promising early stage company" by an angel investment organization.
Silicom Ventures presented the heart diagnostics company with the award at its investment summit earlier this month at Stanford University in California. Boston Heart Lab was one of 20 companies eligible for the award.
Boston Heart Lab has had early success in making personalized medicine a reality for cardiac patients, Silicom said.
Through a series of tests, Boston Heart allows cardiologists to prescribe personalized treatment plans for heart disease and lipid disorders.
