Mark P. Bilotta, CEO of the Colleges of Worcester Consortium, has been elected vice-chair of the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority.
Bilotta was appointed to the HEFA board in 2008 by Gov. Deval Patrick.
Also elected to officer positions on the board were: Christine C. Schuster, president and CEO of Emerson Health System, chairperson; and Timothy O'Connor, executive vice president, CFO and treasurer of Lahey Clinic Foundation, secretary.
