California Nonprofit Signs With eClinicalWorks

Westborough-based eClinicalWorks' electronic medical records and other software is being used by Neighborhood Healthcare, a nonprofit medical and dental organization in San Diego and Riverside Counties in California.

Along with the electronic medical records system, Neighborhood Healtcare will also use eClinicalWorks' practice management and enterprise business optimizer programs.

Neighborhood has 11 locations and 450 employees. The organization sees 65,000 patients each year, including 20,000 poor children. The company said it expects the records and management software to help streamline processes between locations and to reduce costs.
