Trucking Firm To Move From Shrewsbury To Webster

A former paper recycling facility at 22 Cudworth Rd. in Webster has been purchased and will become the new home of trucking company RJH Services Inc.

RJH will move to the Webster location from 5B Polito Drive in Shrewsbury.

The 15,000-square-foot facility was bought recently by Boxborough-based C & R Holdings for $425,000, according to Glickman Kovago & Co., the Worcester-based commercial real estate broker that represented C & R.

The new owner has leased the facility to RJH, an over-the-road transportation and warehousing firm. The property is in an industrial area not far from Interstate 395.

The former owner was the Newark Group, which was represented in the transaction by Worcester Commercial Properties.
