Fidelity CEO Lengthens Title

Leominster's Fidelity Bank has promoted Edward F. Manzi Jr. to chairman of the board of directors and CEO.

Manzi, previously Fidelity's president and CEO, will continue to manage the bank's day-to-day operations while also leading the board and executive management team in developing long-term business strategies. The bank said the new corporate structure will help it pursue an "aggressive growth plan."
