Nearly 20 Central Massachusetts manufacturers were honored at the Massachusetts State House by the Legislature’s Manufacturing Caucus during the fourth annual manufacturing award ceremony.
The caucus honored 78 manufacturers statewide, from a variety of different areas, from breweries to plastic molding and farms. Each year the Manufacturing Caucus of Massachusetts accepts submissions from various representatives and senators on behalf of manufacturing companies throughout Massachusetts.
“Manufacturing is a critical part of our Commonwealth’s innovation economy, and the ‘Made in MA’ companies recognized today show the regional diversity of this sector,” said Massachusetts Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Mike Kennealy at the ceremony on October 22.
