When people think of Consigli – the $4-billion construction giant – they likely think of CEO Anthony Consigli and President Matthew Consigli, the brothers at the front of the fourth-generation family firm.
But Navin is a major driving force behind the scenes. As a member of its senior leadership team, he has been integral to scaling Consigli’s business and growing the firm into new markets. He played a key role in Consigli’s acquisition of the East Coast construction operations of Australian real estate firm LendLease, which had been involved in a number of projects, including the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and the Central Park Tower, a $3-billion residential skyscraper and the second-tallest building in New York City.
Navin was instrumental in helping Consigli transition from a family-owned company to being a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company in 2018, and he now serves on the company’s board of directors.
Outside of Consigli, Navin is the chair of the board for the Associated General Contractors of Mass., a member of the board of trustees at Regis College in Weston, and on the Worcester Polytechnic Institute civil and environmental engineering advisory board.
