After a nearly 20-years tenure with Seven Hills, Jordan assumed her position as leader of Central Massachusetts’ largest human services nonprofit in 2023, as the region continued to reel from strained clinical, mental, and behavioral health systems post-COVID. Since then, she has worked to increase access to care for its 60,000+ clients though championing new programming and initiatives with a multi-pronged approach.

To better allow adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to receive care at home, Seven Hills is developing a pilot program to provide in-home support services to engage familial caregivers and add on to paid-staff services. In 2024, Seven Hills was awarded a contract with the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services to create the program to eventually admit patients referred by the DDS.

In the past year, through Seven Hills’ affiliate Open Door Arts, the organization has developed a free, online accessibility self-assessment made for arts and cultural organizations to pinpoint areas of improvement.

Jordan serves on the board of the Framingham-based Association For Behavioral Healthcare, helping to oversee the statewide organization whose members annually serve 1.5 million Massachusetts residents.

Mica Kanner-Mascolo is a staff writer at Worcester Business Journal, who primarily covers the healthcare and diversity, equity, and inclusion industries.
