More Information

Zolezzi-Wyndham has been the leading diversity, equity, and inclusion consultant for major Central Massachusetts employers for five years, and now she is helping those firms who remain committed to those values navigate the white-hot political landscape where DEI is being labeled as a dirty word.

As the CEO of Promoting Good, a business leadership and culture consulting firm, Zolezzi-Wyndham provides services to the likes of Spectrum Health Systems, the Nativity School of Worcester, and UMass Memorial Health, the last of which is the largest employer in Central Massachusetts.

Instead of backing down during a time when diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts are under militant federal government attack, Zolezzi-Wyndham has doubled-down on her efforts to transform workplace culture and performance. In May, Promoting Good launched its new Cultiv8 leadership program, created in partnership with Virginia-based research firm The Bridgify Group, offering clients further leadership support backed by proprietary scientific research.

The program provides leaders with assessments for themselves and their employees using targeted and strategic questions backed by research that measures the difference between the impact we think we have and how others perceive us.

Mica Kanner-Mascolo is a staff writer at Worcester Business Journal, who primarily covers the healthcare and diversity, equity, and inclusion industries.
