More Information

Andrew Sherman has established himself as one of Central Massachusetts' top commercial real estate brokers since joining Kelleher & Sadowsky six years ago from Boston-based JLL.

His impressive track record includes $100+ million in commercial real estate property sales and 100+ leasing transactions totaling more than 2.5 million square feet. Sherman's success stems from his natural memory abilities combined with what he describes as his relentless drive and enthusiasm for perfection. His resilience was tested early when a spring 2012 leg injury broke his leg in nine spots and ended his college athletic career, teaching him valuable lessons about perseverance.

Having relocated from Boston's South End to Worcester's Montvale Historic District with his wife Tori and their children Jack and Chloe, Sherman has become a passionate advocate for Central Massachusetts. His enthusiasm for the region's virtues translates into his daily work selling potential tenants and investors on Central Massachusetts as an ideal place to work and invest.

Do you prefer working from home or the office? Office! While I appreciate the benefits many people experience working from home, nothing can replace the sense of camaraderie and community that comes from working together in person.

Best restaurant in Central Mass.? VIA for Italian and One Eleven Chop House for steaks!

Who helped you in your professional journey? Phil DeSimone has been incredibly influential in helping me understand the industry. My parents have been role models who I have been able to rely on.

What is most important to you to accomplish in the next 50 years? Maintaining the Kelleher & Sadowsky brand and market success.
