More Information

Monica Adwani has revolutionized insurance delivery to Latino entrepreneurs as CEO of Breezy Seguros. In under three years, she scaled Breezy into a multi-million-dollar, culturally fluent insurance agency with $3+ million in premium volume, building a fully bilingual service model and training a team of 15+ licensed producers. Her strategic leadership positioned the company for acquisition while serving thousands of policyholders with education, empowerment, and risk protection.

Through NuRise Consulting, Adwani developed the proprietary NuRise Framework, an eight-pillar methodology for identifying hidden business risks across brand, finance, operations, and leadership. This thought leadership platform now serves businesses with $250,000 and $10 million in annual revenues across the U.S. and Latin America. She was named 2025 Power Broker in America by Risk & Insurance, 2024 Female Principal of the Year and Top Latino-Owned Business by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and Top 10 Boston Young Leader through Harvard's Young American Leaders Program.

Adwani's community impact spans mentorship of bilingual professionals, pro bono consulting for minority-owned businesses, and partnerships with nonprofits in Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, and Brazil. As founder and host of the TranscendWithM podcast, she amplifies women's voices in leadership.
