AA Transportation owner buys Northborough plaza for $2.1M

A commercial plaza on West Main Street in Northborough has sold for more than $2.1 million.
The West End Business Plaza at 367 W. Main St. includes New England Tire Car Care Center, Dental Solutions of Northborough, Alpha IT Partners and others in two retail buildings totaling 20,000 square feet.
The 1.7-acre site was sold by Edward Harutunian to ME Realty, a limited liability corporation registered to Ronald Ernenwein of Shrewsbury. Ernenwein is the founder and owner of Shrewsbury bus and logistics company AA Transportation. Ernenwein said the site, which is 90-percent leased, is an investment property for an entity separate from the transportation company.
The property was last assessed at just under $1.6 million.
