Accolades & Honors

  • Lauren Plant, investor relations officer at Calare Properties, based in Hudson, was named a recipient of The Warren Group and Banker & Tradesman's fifth annual Women of FIRE (Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate) Awards. Also honored were Margaret Briggs, managing principal at Epsilon Associates, in Maynard, and Paula Savard, president of Aberman and Associates, in Lancaster.
  • All Care Plus Pharmacy, based in Worcester, was awarded the specialty Pharmacy Accreditation by independent nonprofit group URAC. The requirements for the award include the demonstration of the promotion of health care quality through accreditation and education of employees.
  • The Natick Visiting Nurse Association was named a featured charity at the Balance Wealth Advisors golf outing. The outing raised funds to support the VNA's post-acute home health care services to patients in more than 20 MetroWest communities.
  • G&F Industries of Sturbridge, which specializes in custom injection mold and engineering, has earned a Safety and Health Achievement Recognition, or SHARP award, for its injury and illness prevention program. SHARP is a program of the federal Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA).
