Addiction treatment provider buys Marlborough space for $469K

A flex-space industrial condominium has sold in Marlborough for $469,000 or $130 per square foot.

“The per square foot number reflects the tight market for the flex space in the area,” said Mitch Stepien, an associate at Greater Boston Commercial Properties, who brokered the sale.

The space at 186 Cedar Hill Street was bought by Oxana Antonevic, who is president of New Horizons Medical that has locations in Brookline, Framingham, Quincy and Lynn and specializes in suboxone treatment, which is used to treat addition, like opioids.

According to Stepien, this marks an expansion for the company that will occupy the space.

The space was sold by Kan Glee, who had previously been renting the building.
