Advantage Truck Group opens eighth location in Raynham

Advantage Truck Group celebrated the opening of its third Massachusetts location in Raynham on Friday.

Shrewsbury-based Advantage Truck Group opened a new dealership facility in Raynham on Friday, which is its eighth location in New England and its third in Massachusetts, according to a Monday press release.
The company announced plans for the 32,000-square-foot dealership in February 2020. It is the only facility in Southeastern Massachusetts authorized for Freightliner and Western Star truck sales and service, and will create 100 jobs in the region, per the release.
ATG is a dealer and service provider for tractor-trailers and other transportation equipment and has facilities in Shrewsbury and Westfield, as well as Vermont and New Hampshire.
The company was founded in 1986 and merged with McDevitt Truck of New Hampshire in 2018.
