"Culture of inclusion" ranked by Monster

Monster, the Maynard-based online job search and recruitment firm, said it has launched a ranking for company diversity.
The new benchmarking service is called the Monster Top Companies for Diversity, and is an assessment tool for employers to test their commitment to diversity.
Employers would have their diversity strength measures against a national standard, Monster said.
The ranking is based on three categories: organizational commitment to diversity, fairness in compensation and culture of inclusion.
Monster gives awards to companies that score in the top 25 percent of the ranking.
