Curtis Industries LLC of Worcester, manufacturers of snow and ice removal equipment, tractor cab systems and accessories, will lease 17,500 square feet of space at 54 Rockdale St. in Worcester, according to Glickman Kovago & Co., brokers of the lease.
The lease was executed between Curtis and the property’s owners, Vellumoid Inc. of Worcester, manufacturers of automotive gaskets. Curtis will move some manufacturing operations to the 90,000-square-foot building located near Route 12 and I-190, according to Jeff Borus, who handled the transaction.
Vellumoid will continue running its manufacturing operations at the site, Borus said. Curtis operates a 120,000-square-foot manufacturing facility on Higgins Street in Worcester.
