One Howard LLC, a corporation registered to the principals of City Realty Group in Boston, has purchased a parking lot across the street from the Framingham Commuter Rail stop.

One Howard purchased the property on Wednesday for $2.8 million from Appian Bridge Partners II, LLC of Lincoln, who bought the property in 2019 for $1.8 million, according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds.

The City of Framingham assesses the property for $307,000.

Sarkis Sarkisian, Framingham’s director of planning and community development, told WBJ there is nothing he is aware of planned for the site.

City Realty was founded in 2004 and has built multifamily developments throughout Eastern Massachusetts.

City Realty did not respond to requests for information.
