A self-storage facility, formerly Value Store It Self Storage at 3 Chestnut St. in Worcester, has sold to national self-storage chain Storage Rentals of America, for $5 million.
The seller was an entity registered to Todd Ruderman, CEO of Value Store It Self Storage of Florida, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds.
The property, built in 1900, was last sold in 2020 for $1.8 million. The City of Worcester last assessed the property for $1.8 million.Â
Storage Rentals of America is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Fla. and has locations nationwide. In Central Massachusetts, it has locations in Northborough, Littleton, and Uxbridge.
