Fallon Clinic, as of Oct. 1, has changed its name to Reliant Medical Group and unveiled a new logo.
The medical provider announced this summer that it would change its name to better reflect the work it does serving patients throughout Central Massachusetts. The name change also clears up confusion about the clinic no longer being associated with Fallon Community Health Plan: The two organizations separated in 2004.
Reliant is a member of six community-based medical groups as part of its partnership with Atrius Health.
