Harrington HealthCare System opened its new Remillard Family Emergency Department in Webster. The 13,000-square-foot emergency department has nine private treatment rooms, a separate ambulance entrance, psychiatric emergency evaluation rooms, expanded registration area and a private family waiting room.
Advance Auto Parts is open on Powdermill Road in Maynard.
Super Fans Deli and Pizzeria is open at 150A Main St., Fitchburg, at the train and bus station, its new location. The eatery's general manager is Jamie M. Roy.

Assisted-living facility The Estate at Franklin is open at 656 King St., Franklin. Formerly Emeritus at Franklin, it's now owned by Brookdale Senior Living Solutions.
The Golub Corp., which owns Price Chopper supermarkets, broke ground on its first Market 32 store — which will become the new name of all stores in the chain — at 171 Worcester-Providence Tpke., Sutton.
9Round, a gym offering a kickboxing workout, is open at 3 Village Sq., Westminster. It's owned by Chantal and John Spinazzola.
S&S Wood Floors and Custom Kitchens is open at 3 West St., Leominster, owned by brothers Frank and Phil Similia.
Patrice Peris Voice Studios has opened in downtown Westborough. Peris, a Shrewsbury native, is a voice coach and performer who works with would-be singers and actors.
