Sturbridge Coffee Roasters, at 210 Hamilton St., Southbridge, was purchased by Elvis and Karen Dyer of Dudley. The business, which sells specialty roasted coffee by the cup or pound, has been renovated. It's located in the Flat Iron Building.
After extensive renovations, Hair Gallery Salon and Spa celebrated its reopening at its new location, 454 Main St. (Route 20), Fiskdale. It was previously located on Central Street in Southbridge.
Hometown Bank opened a new branch, at 9 Sack Blvd. in Leominster.
Assabet Valley Chiropractic and Physical Therapy in Maynard has been renovated and doubled in size. The office is located at 1 Pleasant St.
S&S Custom Kitchens and Wood Floors, owned by Frank and Phil Similia, has opened in downtown Leominster at 3 West St.
Destination XL, a men's clothing superstore, has opened in Auburn, at 438 Southbridge St. The business features an in-store tailor. This is the second Destination XL store in Central Massachusetts. The other is in Natick.
Braman Termite and Pest Elimination has opened a location at 275 Washington St., Auburn. Based in Agawam, the company has other Central Massachusetts locations, including Bolton, Southbridge, Worcester and Fitchburg.
