Grossman Development Group to redevelop Providence building

Thayer Street is the shopping and eating hub of the Brown University area of Providence.

Southborough’s Grossman Development Group has announced plans to redevelop the former City Sports store at 271 Thayer St. in Providence.
The building with more than 10,000 square feet on two levels is part of Brown University’s retail area close to the school’s campus. The property will be configured as needed -- for either a single user or for multiple tenants.
Leasing is currently underway, with anticipated completion in early 2017.
