HOTWORX boutique fitness studio plans Northborough location

Post Road Marketplace in Northborough
Louisiana-based boutique fitness company HOTWORX is planning to open a location at Post Road Marketplace in Northborough next year, Capital Group Properties announced Monday.
Capital Group Properties is a Southborough-based developer overseeing the mixed-use development, located on Route 20. The company has also developed Northborough Crossing and Maynard Crossing, among other locations.
HOTWORX will open in a 2,200 square foot space which will also serve as the company’s first Massachusetts location.
Other tenants at Post Road Marketplace include Tavern in the Square and Aero Coffee.
An official opening date has not yet been announced.
