Southbridge-based manufacturer Hyde Tools has promoted sales directors Robert B. Clemence and Louis A. Olesky Jr. to vice presidents of sales.
Clemence has worked for Hyde for 20 years and is a fourth-generation member of the Hyde Tools family business. He joined Hyde in 1991 after seven years working in Hyde sister companies.
In his new position he will be responsible for additional domestic and international accounts, such as Wal-mart and Lowe's.
Clemence is president of the board of the American Edged Product Manufacturers Association and a business advisor to Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester.
He has a bachelor's degree from Lesley University Business School of Management, Cambridge.
Olesky has been a member of Hyde's sales team for 26 years and is credited with leading the sales strategy for the company's national accounts.
He began at Hyde as a district sales supervisor for New England accounts and was steadily promoted, most recently serving as director of sales for hardware and industrial distribution.
In his new position, Olesky will manage sales of large national accounts such as The Home Depot.
He has a bachelor's from the University of Connecticut's School of Business and is a member of the Hardware Group Association. Olesky serves on his local parks and recreation commission.
